Most orders ship within 48 hours and you'll receive tracking information by email once it's available.
Rates are calculated in the shopping cart by order weight and destination.
Most orders will ship US Postal Service (USPS) but occasionally they will partner with UPS or FedEx for the final delivery. Our pricing is based on USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail rates.

Made to order items (like art prints and some apparel) ship directly from the manufacturer after production through a variety of methods. If your order requires multiple shipments, you'll see the lowest possible combined postage rate.

We can't be responsible for packages marked as Delivered.
Once a package is delivered, there's almost never any further information available. Please keep an eye out if you know mail theft is an issue in your area or if someone at your address may have collected your mail for you. Occasionally a parcel is marked "Delivered" and actually shows up a few days later (sounds fake but I've seen it happen over a dozen times).
In the case of mail that is 100% lost, keep in mind that USPS Priority Mail automatically includes insurance up to $50. Visit USPS File a Claim (for Insured Packages) or USPS Missing Mail Report (for uninsured/First Class).

At this time we are no longer shipping to every country.
International shipping continues to be expensive and complicated and I just can't compete with larger websites on economical pricing. It's too much work! I'm sorry!
